To get the BEST RESULTS, we utilize compound MOVEMENTS (squats, push-ups, chin-ups) coupled with moderate to high intensity CONDITIONING (swings, sprints, battling ropes) to BURN THE MOST CALORIES in the shortest time possible. We also offer nutritional coaching because without it, results will be severely limited.
Small Group Training (SGT)
Personalized training but at a fraction of the cost of private training. We offer two types of classes:
Everything but the Kitchen Sink uses kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, landmines, TRX, and other training tools as a means to deliver the most extreme all-around fitness.
MetaboliX utilizes bodyweight exercises, med balls, and other training tools in a high-energy, circuit-style format to give you a heart pumping, calorie-burning workout.
Our Semi-Private Training is geared towards individuals who want a customized program to improve overall health and fitness, including weight loss, improved energy, increased functional strength, injury prevention, post-rehab, or an upcoming special event.
We also offer Sports Performance Training for those “Weekend Warriors” and athletes looking to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury while participating in recreational and competitive activities, mud runs, obstacle course races, road races, golf, tennis, soccer, you name it!
