I have been involved in the sports performance and fitness industry for over 30 years. My professional career as a strength and conditioning coach has taken me to the college and private ranks, training athletes in a wide range of sports for improved speed, strength, power, agility, and conditioning, as well as injury prevention. Additionally, I have worked in the health club setting, guiding clients from 19-75 years of age to reach their goals of weight loss, better functional strength and cardiovascular fitness, improved nutrition, and improved quality of life.
