Are you a girl who wants to learn how to properly lift weights, get stronger and fitter?

Do you want to discover your strength and voice while redefining beauty? 

Well, here’s your chance.

Raw Fitness Performance presents the second season of GIRLS STRENGTH CAMP 2017.

Whether you play sports or just want to be more active, this camp is for you.

 

 

WHO is eligible for GIRLS STRENGTH CAMP?

Any girl in grades 7-9 interested in learning how to properly lift weights and experience the positive power of strength.

 

WHAT is GIRLS STRENGTH CAMP?

Teaching the fundamentals of strength training to give girls the confidence to walk into ANY weight room and know exactly what to do. Jane Taylor, MS, CSCS, has 30 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach successfully training thousands of female athletes and clients for improved strength, fitness, and overall health.

 

WHAT are the many BENEFITS?

SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • 60 minute training sessions every Tuesday (may add a second day depending on demand)

  • ENROLLING NOW for Sept. 26th start date 

  • Grades 7-9

  • Time: 4:30-5:30pm 

  • Group size: 4-8

  • Cost:  TBD
